1. Where are you located?
Our space is located at Goldhill Shopping Centre (near Novena MRT).

3. Do I need prior robotics or coding experience to join Whyte Labs classes?
No, not at all! Our courses are designed to be beginner-friendly, so everyone is welcome to join, regardless of their prior experience with robotics or coding.
4. It looks really difficult, can I really join?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! We've had students as young as 8 to 60+ years old enjoying our program, and we believe anyone can learn robotics with a little bit of guidance, patience and curiosity.
5. What should I bring to class?
Great question! Students are required to bring their own laptop, charger, and mouse. Before coming to class, make sure to download the Arduino software onto your laptop. You can download it from https://www.arduino.cc/en/software.
6. Refunds and cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your booking, you may do so subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer. However, please note that rescheduling may not always be possible, and we cannot guarantee availability for your preferred rescheduled date.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for bookings once they have been made.
To request a rescheduling, please contact us at hello@whytelabs.com at least 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
